Uses
A multivitamin and mineral supplement providing nutrients essential for bone health, immune function, antioxidant defense, and metabolic processes. Indicated for prevention and correction of deficiencies in these micronutrients.
Do not use if
Hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, severe renal impairment. Hypersensitivity to any component. Avoid doses exceeding recommended dietary allowances without medical supervision.
Side effects
Generally well tolerated. High doses may cause gastrointestinal upset (nausea, constipation). Excess selenium can cause selenosis (hair loss, nail changes). Hypercalcemia is possible with excessive calcium and vitamin D intake.
